Allways Quality Construction is a full-service company.  We design and build custom homes and specialize in residential and commercial remodeling.  Licensed in Oregon and Washington, we work exclusively in the Columbia River Gorge.

Since 1991, Allways Quality Construction has grown a family of satisfied customers, including a number of repeat clients.

We are a Design/Build company.  From concept to completion, we do it all.  Or, we will participate with you in a hybrid project, where you take care of some phases of the construction.  We practice “No Trace Contracting”.

Allways Quality Construction is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Building Industry Association of Washington and local Chambers of Commerce.  Through our affiliations with these highly regarded associations, our clients know they’re involved with a company that excels at business ethics and customer service.

We have an office staff and computerized project scheduling and accounting tools.   We use custom contracts and your project is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for one year from the original date of completion. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured.  Your investment, our company and our subcontractors are covered in Washington and Oregon.

Pat Price, owner of Allways Quality Construction, is a college educated, custom home builder and remodeling contractor with over 20 years full time, local experience. Through continuing education, he became a Certified Graduate Remodelor with The National Association of Homebuilders, and pursues his Master Builder certification.  He also has training in green building practices.  Through trade journals and workshops, Pat stays abreast of the latest changes in the building industry.
